What we collect and why

When you write to us through the contact form or by e-mail, or call us, we process the details you provide: your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you give one) and the content of your message. We use them only to answer your question and to continue the conversation, for example about reserving a kitten.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the conversation leads towards a contract, taking steps before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed to answer you and to continue the correspondence. We will delete it earlier at your request.

Who receives it

Messages are read only by the people who run the cattery. The data is stored by the service providers we use: website hosting and e-mail. We do not sell data or share it with anyone for marketing.

Technical data and cookies

The site uses no analytics or advertising tools and sets no tracking cookies. The server, like any web server, logs the IP address, time of the visit and browser type. The contact form additionally stores an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address to limit spam.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to object. Just write to us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
